ExploreTwo-hour baseline. Tax and extras are confirmed in your proposal.
The per-guest rate is not really buying more alcohol — it is buying menu range, garnish treatment and how much of the evening someone else owns.
Every package runs on a two-hour service baseline. Additional hours are $500 each, or $250 on Collins.
Whichever tier you pick, the per-guest rate covers the Barsys 360 machines and tablets, bartending service, standard mixers and ice, the mixlists your package allows, and setup and cleanup as agreed in the proposal.
Three things sit outside it deliberately, because quoting them blind would be guesswork:
Priced per guest unless stated, and added in the planner rather than negotiated later:
Branded event touches and dedicated event photography are scoped separately, because production, quantities and artwork vary with every brief.
Guest count drives machines and staffing more than the package does: bigger rooms add a second 360 or a Shaker Pro station rather than asking one machine to work faster. Final machine and staffing counts are confirmed in your proposal against the venue and the run of show.
All twenty-seven mixlists are worth a look before you commit — package eligibility is shown live in the planner, and three of the collections are zero-proof. Browse the mixlist library, or read what corporate open bar pricing in NYC actually looks like.
