How it works

Upload a photo of your bar. Collins reads the ingredients you actually have and builds a menu around them and your preferences — with a stocked bar the combinations run deep. It gives the recipes with precise measurements, and walks you or your bartender through executing each one.

Your team sets the bar on the night. Photograph the bottles, Collins reads the shelf, you confirm what is there, and the menu it builds is locked to what that bar can genuinely make — no off-menu suggestions, no drink you did not agree to.

Bigger rooms, more stations

One iPad and stand serves roughly 25 guests comfortably. Past that the room queues at exactly the moment it is busiest, so the deployment grows with the headcount — which is why Collins is priced per guest rather than as one flat fee.

• 25 guests — 1 station, $1,500 (event minimum)
• 50 guests — 2 stations, $2,250
• 100 guests — 4 stations, $4,500
• 150 guests — 6 stations, $6,750
• 250 guests — 10 stations, $11,250
• Above 250 — quoted with your proposal.

Additional service time is $250 an hour — an extra Collins hour is our team running the stations, not a full bar.

What it is not

Collins does not pour. It designs the menu, gives the measurements and guides whoever is making the drinks — your bar, your bartenders and your spirits stay yours. There is no Barsys bar, no machines and no Barsys menus in this package; if you want those, that is Classic, Signature or Reserve.

Which is the point. Collins is for the office or venue that already has a bar it likes and wants the interactive layer on top of it.
