What's included?
Two hours of bar service, Barsys machines, bartenders, mixers, ice, cocktail and zero-proof menus, setup and cleanup. Spirits are sourced through our liquor store partner, who confirms and invoices you directly, separate from your Barsys package. Tax and extras are confirmed in your proposal.
Who provides the alcohol?
Barsys isn't a licensed liquor retailer, so spirits are ordered through our liquor store partner on your behalf. They confirm your purchase and send the invoice directly to you. That confirmed order is one of the steps that locks in your event date.
How many guests?
20 to 250 guests in NYC at the listed rates. Other sizes are quoted individually.
Are mocktails included?
Yes. Every event has zero-proof options, or choose an alcohol-free collection.
Where do you host?
New York City offices and venues. Tell us the location and we confirm availability and building access.
Does an inquiry hold my date?
No. A date is held after a signed agreement, deposit and a confirmed order with our liquor store partner.
Can this become a regular event?
Yes. Ask for a recurring program in the planner and we will work out cadence and terms with you.
