Two machines on the bar, a seasonal menu, bartenders shaking and garnishing, and a zero-proof list for everyone who is driving or not drinking. The Barsys team arrives, sets up, runs the bar for the service window and clears out.

• Seasonal mixlists. Choose from 27 curated collections; Signature and Reserve add premium mixers and dry garnishes.
• Everyone pours. Guests pick on the tablet and watch the 360 pour. It is the part of the party people photograph.
• Book the date early. December dates go first. Send the inquiry as soon as the date is set; an inquiry does not hold a date or take payment, and we confirm availability by reply.

Pricing.

Standard event pricing is per guest with a two-hour service baseline: Classic $55, Signature $85, Reserve $225. Twenty guests is the minimum for standard planning; additional service hours are $500 each on request. Tax, extra hours and unpriced requests are confirmed in your proposal.

When to book, and why December is different.

December is the one month where the date decides the vendor rather than the other way round. The first two weeks of December and every Thursday in the month go first. Sending an inquiry early costs nothing — it does not hold a date, sign anything or take payment — but it does put your date in front of us while it is still available.

A workable sequence looks like this: confirm the date and the room internally, send the inquiry with a rough headcount, settle the package and menus against a real number, then place the spirits order through our liquor store partner. That spirits confirmation is one of the steps that locks the date in.

Headcount can move after the inquiry. The per-guest rate is applied to the confirmed number in your proposal, not to the first guess.

Sizing a holiday party.

Holiday parties skew denser than other events: most guests want their first drink inside the first half hour. That argues for a second station earlier than the headcount alone would suggest.

• Up to 50. One Barsys 360, two menus on a Classic package, one bartender.
• 50–150. A second 360 or a Shaker Pro station alongside it, so the opening rush does not become a queue down a corridor.
• 150–250. Stations placed apart across the room, and on Reserve a dedicated event lead running the timeline.

Final machine and staffing counts are confirmed in your proposal against the venue and the run of show.

Two hours is the service baseline. Additional hours are $500 each and are agreed before the night rather than extended on the evening, which depends on staff availability.

Seasonal menus, and the people who are not drinking.

There are twenty-seven mixlists to choose from; your package sets how many run. For a December room the pairing that works is one warm, darker-spirit collection against one bright and citrus-forward one, so the menu reads seasonal without everything tasting the same.

Three of the twenty-seven are zero-proof — Fluid Code, A Summer Mocktail Mixlist and Boisson Non-Alcoholic Agave Lover’s. At a holiday party that matters more than at any other event of the year: people are driving, people are pacing themselves, and a made zero-proof drink from the same machine is a materially different experience from a soft drink out of a cooler. A zero-proof mixlist can take one of your menu slots at no extra menu cost, or a dedicated alcohol-free station can be added.

What the venue needs, and what is confirmed separately.

The 360 needs a surface and a standard outlet, and no plumbing, so office floors, lofts, rooftops and private rooms all work. What we confirm against your actual building rather than estimate: delivery, load-in and access, glassware inclusion, and tax.

Spirits sit outside the package entirely — Barsys is not a licensed liquor retailer, so our liquor store partner places the order and invoices you directly.

Included in the per-guest rate: machines and tablets, bartending service, standard mixers and ice, your package menus, and setup and cleanup as agreed.
